75 Years – More To Come.

North Harrow Lodge No 6557 marked the culmination of its 75th year at meeting held on May 12th at the Harrow Masonic Centre. This is a remarkable record and a great achievement.

The Lodge was honoured with the attendance of W. Bro David Chambers PAGSuptWks, a Trustee of the Charity, who presented W. Bro Kam Chana, who was acting as WM, a symbolic cheque from the Middlesex Masonic Charity a cheque for £750.00, which will be donated to The Harrow Young Carers.  The charitable activities of the Lodge this year also included a gifts of £750 to the Michael Sobell Hospice, £1000 to the Alzheimer Society and £750 to Kids Can Achieve, a charity for children with learning disabilities in Harrow.

NOTE WORTHY

At the meeting the regular attendance of W. Bro Terry Clayfield PPrSGW and W. Bro Antony Moor PPrGSuptWks was noted. These were two of the Lodge’s longest serving Brethren and both Past Masters of the Lodge with a combined membership of almost a century. In addition, the Treasurer W. Bro Rimal Shah was congratulated on his promotion to PPrJGD and W. Bro Maurice Ndirika on his promotion to ProvGSuptWks.

North Harrow Lodge is now enthusiastically moving on to its next objective that  of putting on record a century of Masonic activity in the Province of Middlesex as a healthy and vibrant lodge.
