These events are open to all members of the Middlesex Province who have been given reminders to have repeat tests as well as anyone who have not had a test before.
Booking procedure
- Make sure that you have your NHS Number ready
- Visit chaps.uk.com/events
- Use “please see your emails for the password” as password for the Twickenham event or
- “please see your emails for the password” as password for the Harrow event
- Select a time slot for your appointment
- Print out and bring your appointment confirmation with you
