NEWS FROM GRAND LODGE
The Tercentenary Jewel
Dear Brethren,
The Jewel to mark the tercentenary of the formation of the original Grand Lodge on 24 June 1717 incorporates the Arms granted to the United Grand Lodge of England in 1919. It was originally authorised as a permanent jewel to be worn by any Master Mason who was a member of a Lodge under UGLE during the period from 24 June 2016 to 31 December 2017.
Please be aware that the MW The Grand Master has now extended the original authorisation so that the jewel may (like a Lodge Centenary Jewel) be worn by any subscribing Master Mason in a Lodge under UGLE irrespective of when he became a member.
