Following a memorable and well-attended triple initiation ceremony at the Lodge of Fidelity No. 7974 on Thursday 19th March 2026, members and guests came together once again to continue the spirit of fellowship, this time in a more relaxed and social setting.
On the Sunday following the meeting, a lively gathering was held at the Kathmandu Nepalese Restaurant in Twickenham. The event brought together not only members of the Lodge, but also their spouses, partners, and welcomed guests from Stanwell Chapter and Heston Lodge, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere that reflected the very best of our Masonic community.
In total, around thirty attendees enjoyed an evening of excellent company, accompanied by a generous and flavourful meal. The restaurant provided a fitting backdrop for the occasion, with a relaxed ambiance that encouraged conversation, laughter, and the strengthening of friendships both old and new.
Adding a charitable dimension to the evening, the Worshipful Master, Bro. Keith Sollitt, kindly organised a raffle in support of the Teddies for Loving Care charity. Thanks to the generosity of all those present, the raffle raised a very respectable £135. This contribution will go towards supporting the invaluable work of the charity, which provides comfort to children in distress through the simple yet powerful gift of a teddy bear.
Events such as this serve as a reminder that Freemasonry extends beyond the Lodge room. They offer an opportunity to involve family and friends, build stronger connections across Lodges and Chapters, and support worthy causes in an enjoyable and meaningful way.
