The outgoing Worshipful Master of Middlesex Home Service Lodge No 5836, W. Bro Michael George New, is shown here making his last official act of his year as Worshipful Master. On Tuesday 13th June 2023 he presented a cheque for £500 to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in memory of his niece Sarah who lost her battle with the terrible condition at the age of 19. The very next day he Installed his successor at TDMC. He was accompanied by his son Bro Michael George New (Jnr) whom he proudly Initiated into the Middlesex Home Service Lodge as a Lewis in December 2022.
This was the culmination of W. Bro Michael’s second year in the Chair and fulfilled his wish to support the Charity for a second time during his reign as Worshipful Master. A kind of going out in style.
