Murder, Mistry, Suspense

A Father’s Pride as Pearl of Africa Lodge Raises Brother Mehool Mistry

It was a night of emotion, pride, and unmistakable Mistry magic at Pearl of Africa Lodge as the brethren gathered for the Raising of Brother Mehool Mistry, son of W.Bro. Kanti Mistry, Provincial Grand Treasurer. The ceremony carried a special weight for the Lodge; not only was it the advancement of a valued brother, but it marked a deeply personal milestone for a father seeing his son complete his journey in Craft Masonry.

The work of the evening was delivered with precision and heartfelt sincerity, making Mehool’s Third Degree a moment that will be long remembered by all who witnessed it—and especially by Kanti, who shared in both pride and quiet reflection throughout the ceremony.

Adding distinction to the night, the Lodge was honoured by the presence of W.Bro. Paul Sully PSGD, Assistant Provincial Grand Master, accompanied by his Director of Ceremonies, W.Bro. Lloyd Bubb, and escorting officers. Their visit brought an extra measure of gravitas, and the APGM expressed his delight at being present for such a meaningful family occasion within the Province.

The festive board rounded off the evening in trademark Pearl of Africa style—warm, spirited, and filled with good humour. W.Bro. Sully thanked the Lodge for their hospitality and for the thoughtful festive gift, which he noted would be enjoyed by his family.

A Raising, a proud father, and a visiting APGM—truly a night of Murder, Mistry, Suspense in all the best ways.
