The workshop, held on 27th September 2025 at the Harrow District Masonic Centre [37 attendees} and on 20th September 2025 at the Twickenham District Masonic Centre [40 attendees}, was well attended by Middlesex brethren, Companions, their family, and friends. The event aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the importance of having a Will and LPA in place before it is too late.

- Wills Preparation: Detailed information about making Wills, the importance of having a Will, and how to ensure that the Will is valid.
- Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): Understanding the usefulness of having an LPA and how to set it up.
- Scams Prevention: Raising awareness about scam prevention and providing valuable tips to avoid pitfalls.
Objectives: By the end of the workshop, participants had:
- A higher level of awareness on scam prevention.
- A good understanding of the usefulness of having an LPA and how to go about setting this up.
- Detailed information about making Wills and resources available.
The workshop was inspired by valuable feedback received at the Almoners seminars in May 2025 and aimed to provide comprehensive knowledge to the attendees.
