Join the Legacy of Compassion: Become a Group Almoner/ Assistant Provincial Almoner in Middlesex
Freemasonry stands as a beacon of brotherly love, relief, and truth—and the role of the Almoner is at the heart of this mission. As a Group Almoner/ Assistant Provincial Almoner, you will:
✅ Provide Charitable Support – Offer guidance and assistance to members and their families in times of need.
✅ Strengthen Community Bonds – Foster unity by ensuring no brother is left behind.
✅ Uphold Masonic Values – Act with compassion, discretion, and integrity in service to others.
Whether coordinating benevolence funds, visiting those in distress, or connecting brethren with vital resources, your work as an Almoner makes a profound difference.
We are looking for five Group Almoners working closely with the Visiting Officers and Assistant Provincial Grand Masters by acting as a link between the Lodges and the management team on almoning matters.
The Assistant Provincial Almoner will provide similar support to the Provincial Grand Principals in the Royal Arch.
The purpose is to provide greater support to the brethren/ companions at the earliest possible stage of needs.
If you are interested in any of these offices, ask Bro Ivan Chu, Provincial Grand Almoner for an application form and a copy of the role description, by sending an email to ivan.chu@pglm.org.uk or call 07762 753911.
