Team Ambassadors

This Report from W. Bro Keith Gregory.

The Team raises awareness of and promotes Freemasonry, provides information to the public and discusses with any who may be interested in knowing more.

The first event of the new season was Whitton, Sunday 21st with a St Georges Day Parade. Three members, Brothers Guy Dunk, Mike Emmett and Richard Emerton were out at 08.30 in the High Street to set up the Gazebo. The Parade through the High street was very well attended as usual with all the community being represented.

During the day the team met a number of potential interested members of the public who were asked to fill in the relevant forms so that their interest might be followed up. There were also representatives from a various Charities who spoke with us including the Mulberry Centre who would really be grateful with any donation possible – see  W. Bro John Leggett PSGD APGM gave his support to the team with his attendance. All in all it was a great day out even though it was a bit chilly.

The team is looking forward to the summer months of Ambassadorial activity and if any Brother would like to participate then they are most welcome even if you wanted to come by and spread some Brotherly Love with fellow freemasons for an hour or so.

The work of the Team is vital to show that Middlesex freemasonry has a community presence and supports local charitable initiatives.
